- If there are any issues with the order or the quality of the products after receiving the goods, please email the relevant order number and photos of the products to info@miracleplant.com.hk within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging (including all original labels, tags, and packaging). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Only one return per order is allowed.
- The refund will be issued through the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- Our return and refund policy applies to purchases made directly from our website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party supplier, please refer to their return policy.
- We are unable to process returns or refunds for products purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors.
